Can I send my gift hamper at a future date?
Yes, as you go through the checkout process you will be able to elect to send your hamper now (as soon as possible) or on a specified date in the future.
Will the recipient get an invoice?
No, all invoices are emailed at the time of purchase so no hard copy will be included with your order
Can I send a hamper to someone in Hospital?
Absolutely, please do include clear details of the recipient’s name, ward number (if known) and your contact phone number so if for any reason we have difficultly locating them we can get in touch for more information.
How will I know that my gift hampers has been received?
You will receive an email from us to confirm that your hamper has been dispatched and this will include tracking details. Please note that Rural Delivery packages will not have quite the same tracking information as urban addresses.
What do I do if my gift hamper is damaged?
In the unlikely event that your hamper does not reach its recipient in perfect condition, please email us and we will do our best to resolve this for you.
Can I have a hamper sent to a PO Box?
Yes, no problem
Do you send gift hampers to international addresses?
At this stage we only ship our gift hampers to New Zealand addresses. Sorry!
Can I purchase a gift hampers from overseas for delivery within New Zealand?
Yes, absolutely you will simply be able to do this through the standard check out process.
Can I arrange a custom gift hamper?
Yes, please get in touch we would love to help you.
Are your products New Zealand made?
We strive to support New Zealand business. We have so many amazing product on offer here in New Zealand. At this stage we do have a few items that are not packaged or produced in New Zealand, so please let us know if you would specifically like only NZ made items included in your hamper.
