Policies
Shipping
All of our gift hampers are shipped FREE of charge throughout New Zealand. We ship via courier for our urban addresses and NZ Post for PO Box and Rural Customers. In most cases you should expect our hampers to be delivered to the recipient within 2 working days once dispatched.
Cancellations
Once payment has been made and your order has been confirmed cancellations will be at our discretion. However, if it hasn’t been dispatched we are happy to work through this with you as we understand that sometimes things happen otherside of your control. Please get in touch with us as soon as practical
Returns
Returns are not possible given the type of products in our hampers, however if for any reason your hamper or any of the products are damaged please get in touch with us urgently so that we can sort this out for you.
Privacy
Your privacy is important to us, no details will be shared with any third party organisations. You will be added to our mailing list when making a purchase, however if you wish to not receive any further correspondence you can unsubscribe from these at anytime.
Pre-Orders
On some occasions we will have some hampers available on Pre-order. These will be dispatched at a pre determine date and will be clearly stated on your invoice.
Security
All credit card payments are managed through our third party payment supplier. No credit card details will be provided to us directly.
